Bryan’s approach to customer satisfaction is built on clear communication, empathy, and efficient project resolution. In his free time, Bryan enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and fishing, which help him stay connected to nature.

Jaimie Hullihen - Chief Operations Officer

Jaimie joined the company with a strong sales background and a desire to apply her skills in a dynamic operational environment. Tyler Watson - Chief Sales Officer

As an Owner at Paragon Contracting, Tyler plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s mission to serve the community with integrity and excellence. Tyler founded Paragon Contracting after working with multiple general contractors, feeling compelled to create a business that aligned with his vision for high-quality service and community focus. He brings a diverse skill set to the company, with his primary contribution being his exceptional problem-solving ability. In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending quality time with his wife, participating in Magic: The Gathering tournaments, and playing video games.

Claudia Nakama - Chief Financial Officer

Claudia co-founded the company and is an owner of Paragon Contracting. She combines her expertise in finance with a desire to support her family and expand her career. Her journey into the roofing and restoration industry began during COVID, when she transitioned into a new financial role. As she deepened her knowledge, her passion and confidence in the industry grew. Claudia is known for her precision and high attention to detail, which she applies to ensure accuracy in her work. Her academic background in architecture and business further strengthens her contributions to the company. In her free time, Claudia enjoys traveling, camping with her dog, spending quality time with her husband, and reading.

Hunter Ritta - Chief Sales Officer

Hunter Ritta is the Chief Sales Officer at Paragon Contracting, responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring top-quality standards. With a family background in contracting, Hunter has always been passionate about restoring and upgrading properties. He brings strong leadership, encouragement, and extensive roofing expertise to the team. Brennen O’Dell is the Project Manager Director at Paragon Contracting, overseeing senior project managers, training, and business operations. Motivated by Paragon’s family-oriented values, Brennen joined the company to contribute to its growth. With over 10 years of business management experience and 15 years in customer service, he brings a wealth of expertise in leadership and client relations. In his free time, Brennen enjoys spending time with his family, working on his home, and riding his motorcycle with his kids and friends.

Sean Smith - Project Manager

Kagen Vergnetti - Project Manager

Kagen Vergnetti is a Project Manager at Paragon Contracting. Having personally known the company’s owners and worked with them before, Kagen was drawn to Paragon for its reputation and integrity. Originally from North Carolina, he began his career in roofing there and eventually transitioned to working with Paragon’s Arizona branch. Kagen is known for his personable nature, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. His customer-focused approach fosters open communication, helping him deliver exceptional service. In his free time, Kagen enjoys whitewater kayaking, exploring rivers in the Southeast.

Cam Borgman - Project Manager

Cam is a Project Manager at Paragon Contracting, dedicated to making customers’ lives easier through exceptional service. With a background in water restoration and construction, Cam transitioned into roofing, bringing his diverse expertise and passion for working with his hands. His experience in sales and customer relations drives him to ensure every client is satisfied, providing clear communication and support throughout the process. In his free time, Cam enjoys spending time with his wife, working out, hiking, water sports, skateboarding, and getting tattoos.
